Bromelton State Development Area
The Bromelton State Development Area (SDA) consists of 15,610 hectares of land and is one of the largest industrial precincts in Australia. It is located approximately 6km outside of Beaudesert and has been established specifically for large, high impact, complex and/or rail dependent industries that require large tracts of land and sufficient buffers from surrounding users.
